We have tried to make this online store as easy as possible to use.

Here are a few points you might find helpful.

  • All sales are handled by Artflo, on my behalf. When you want to buy an item just click on the “add to Cart” button by the item.
  • We use the Paypal Shopping Cart, You don’t have to have a Paypal account to use it. Even if you do have a Paypal account but you would prefer to use a credit or debit card that is fine: Simply choose the appropriate options on the shopping cart checkout.
  • On the top of each page (and repeated at the bottom) you will see a “View Cart” button This enables you to check what you have ordered and correct any mistakes. So if for instance you forget to specify which colours you want in the case of an offer of 3 tubes you can just re-order with the details added and then delete the incorrect order at any time from your cart.
  • We never given details of your credit card. They are used by PayPal UK and are passed on the internet securely. (See the  padlock on the bottom of your screen when you use the shopping cart.)
  • DELIVERY You should receive your order pretty quickly, but please allow 10 working days. I will e-mail you or ring you if any items are out of stock.
  • FAULTY ITEMS ring me or e-mail me with the details. I will send out a replacement immediately and refund the return postage.
  • REFUNDS If you decide you don’t want an item which is not faulty please ring or e-mail. We will always comply with the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations. These provide substantial protection for buyers.
  • Artflo is the trading name of my wife Florence Kersey, address as on my contact pages.

Please note that an extra handling charge applies to all orders posted outside the UK: 7.50 inside Europe, 15.00 outside Europe.
(Note the total charge will be 10.30 or 17.80 respectively as the 2.80 UK postage is added automatically to all orders)
